Joy to the Yogis Day 8: Handstand prep
I thought it would be fun to show all the ways I prep or practice my handstands. I don’t do all these moves every single day, but doing these on each leg and holding for 15 seconds for each move is less than 3 minutes total. But after 3 minutes of taking these pictures with my self timer, my heart was racing and my core was burning.
I can only hold mine for 5-7 seconds and I can’t always catch air when I try, but I have noticed big improvements since I’ve been getting better with my balance and forearm stands. I hope this helps anyone looking to start learning a handstand, but aren’t sure where to start.
